PE Direct prides itself on our close partnerships and understanding of the unique needs of the schools we work with. It’s with great pleasure that we share Katie Franklin’s remarkable journey with The Hollies School, which beautifully illustrates the importance of these relationships.

From the moment Katie interviewed with PE Direct on January 17th, her warmth, dedication, and skills perfectly aligned with the values and needs of The Hollies School. With our expertise in matching candidates with suitable positions, Katie transitioned quickly from interview to trial the following week. After a well-deserved holiday, Katie started her new long-term position this week as a teaching assistant, excited to make a positive impact.

Katie Franklin Said “I have just finished my first week at The Hollies school, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and have been welcomed so lovely by everyone, I have engaged and built a good repour with the children in my class and look forward to returning after the holidays 😊”

At PE Direct, we take immense pride in our ability to carefully assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and passions, ensuring an optimal match with schools that share their vision and goals. Katie’s smooth transition and placement are a testament to the effectiveness of our process in creating meaningful connections that benefit both candidates and schools alike.

The Hollies School, renowned for its dedication to supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other unique needs, warmly welcomed Katie into their inclusive community. With a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment, the school provides tailored support and resources to ensure each child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Jane Rogers at The Hollies said, “Katie has settled in well.”

“She has been working within a busy class and the staff has said she is part of the team. Always punctual and happy.”

Here’s to a successful partnership and brighter futures for all involved!
