Well done to Dylan Dinham, our outstanding “Temp of the Term” for Spring 2024! Since joining PE Direct in October 2022, Dylan has demonstrated his exceptional ability to connect with young people, receiving some fantastic feedback for his work as a teaching assistant.
In his most recent role with The Innovate Project, a youth led EOTAS (Education Other Than at School) provision in Caerphilly, Dylan has made an exceptional impression in just a few weeks, stating,
“Dylan has only worked with us for 3 weeks and has become a great asset to the team. He has made positive relationships with all our young people, which have been lovely to see. He uses his initiative and utilises his skills to ensure their individual needs are always met. Dylan is always willing to help, even in very difficult situations, and has shown excellent professionalism when speaking with parents.”
Dylan’s well-deserved “Temp of the Term” award reflects the positive impact he has made at The Innovate Project and his dedication to fostering positive relationships with young people. Congratulations Dylan!
