Under the expert guidance of Managing Director Rob Williams, our latest cohort of PE cover supervisors completed an induction that dug deep into the core principles of their new role. From mastering safe practices in PE to honing their skills in positive behaviour management.
Rob himself couldn’t help but commend the group’s eagerness and readiness to embrace their roles. “Every participant approached the sessions with open arms and a determination to make a difference,” he noted. “It is clear that these individuals aren’t just here to cover PE lessons; they’re here to leave a lasting, positive impact on the students they’ll support.”
