When a friend recommended Ben get in touch with PE Direct, his story began, like many others, to find meaningful employment after his degree. Armed with a degree in sport and exercise science from Swansea University and a passion for coaching American football, little did he know that his call to us would lead to something a little different.
Ben’s passion and potential were evident from the start, and despite an initial opportunity not materialising, our experienced team quickly matched him with our sister company, AL Direct. Dedicated to providing alternative learning provision in community settings, AL Direct was a perfect fit.
Ben has recently started his position as a Learning Mentor for a small group provision in Bridgend and has made a fantastic start. Stuart Davies, Managing Director at AL Direct, said,
