Sam Routledge initially started working with PE Direct on a part-time basis whilst studying for his masters at Cardiff Met University. It was during this time that Sam was able to practically explore the psychological challenges young people with additional learning needs face.
When Sam’s studies finished he quickly secured a full-time job with PE Direct at Radyr Comprehensive and said,
“this has given me a solid platform to moved onto a contracted job and to pursue my future goal of becoming a therapist”.
