Congratulations to Chloe Gilbert on securing her dream role as Support Worker with The Autism Support Service (TASS), where she will provide employment support to Autistic adults!
Chloe’s time as a Welsh Speaking TA at Ysgol Penalltau and as a Brand Ambassador for PE Direct has helped her to prepare for the exciting road ahead. Here’s what she had to say about her experience and new role:
“I have the first hand experience of working with SEN because of my disabled brothers, but PE Direct helped me develop my skills in a more professional way.I understand autism from a personal perspective. PE Direct helped me understand ASD from a more educational perspective, helped me meet and understand SEN targets and prepared me for working with SEN in the future through the employment they provided for me.
PE Direct also provided me with tailored training which I now use everyday as part of my new job. Although I am sad to leave, I can’t wait to venture on my new career. Thank you so much to everyone in the office “
