‘We’ve had a supply called Sam Cooper with us this week. He’s seriously impressed us:
Great communication skills, a really quick learner, fantastic with the pupils, asks lots of excellent questions and uses his initiative.
He’s also developed a very positive relationship with our pupil over the last few days too – we put him to the test this afternoon – he was able to get our pupil to sit in class, participate in an SRE lesson (which we’ve struggled to engage our pupil in) and complete an excellent standard of work with him.
Probably the best supply I’ve had in a class since starting in Trinity Fields and could be the full package with some more experience.
He’s also expressed an interest in future permanent roles in the school.’
