Well done Stephen Edwards on being Teaching Assistant of the month…….its funny who you bump into! Stephen coaches my son who was playing in a Cardiff Schools game last weekend. Stephen works for PE Direct as a teaching assistant in St Martins school in Caerphilly. Kate, his Head of Department called me personally to say how Stephen goes above and beyond.
Having observed his coaching, I can see how is so well liked. What struck me was how he talked to the children. He was patient and respectful and as a result, he had them eating out of his hand. Top man Stephen, it was a pleasure seeing a real pro in action. Well done!!
