PE Direct Teaching Agency is delighted to celebrate what has already been a hugely successful and inspiring academic year. As we move through the first term, we are proud to reflect on the impact our team has made across schools, communities, and the lives of young people throughout South Wales.
At the heart of everything we do is our guiding belief:
“Every child deserves a champion – an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection, and insists they become the best they can Possible be”
Expanding Support Across Our Schools
This year, we are proud to have strengthened our workforce by providing 35 new staff members with rewarding roles across our schools. These new appointments play a vital part in supporting pupils, enhancing classroom learning, and ensuring schools continue to be safe, inclusive, and well-resourced environments. By investing in people and creating meaningful employment opportunities, we are not only supporting local careers but also reinforcing our commitment to high-quality education for every child.
Building Strong Partnerships
We have also had great fun working alongside Cardiff Metropolitan University as sponsors, attending a range of events including career fairs and placement talks. Our partnership has extended to attending sporting events, sponsoring games, and celebrating student achievement by presenting Man of the Match awards. These opportunities have allowed us to connect with students in an engaging way, promote career pathways within schools, and strengthen our relationship with the next generation of education professionals.
Sad but Happy Times for Our Staff
It has been a mix of emotions for six of our team members, who have recently been offered permanent contracts with the schools they have been supporting. While we will miss having them as part of our team, we are thrilled that they have secured these exciting opportunities to continue making a real difference in education. We wish them every success in their new roles and are proud to have played a part in their career journeys.
Onward and Upward
It’s been an incredible year full of achievements, and we’re looking forward to another year of supporting schools, empowering children, and creating positive change in 2026.
