At PE Direct, we are incredibly proud of the close relationships we build with our candidates and clients – because every pupil deserves a champion.
This week, we would like to say a big WELL DONE to Jessica, who stepped in to cover one of our outstanding long-term team members Shannon for two days at Cwrt Rawlin Primary School last week – and absolutely shone in the role.
We received this lovely feedback from the staff member she covered:
“Just wanted to let you know how amazing the lady was that covered me the last two days. The little one I support is non-verbal, has cerebral palsy, and suffers with emotional stress and separation anxiety. She was amazing with him! Took her time to talk with him, really listen and played with him on the yard. His mum has said she’d like to pass on her thanks to her aswell, she was comfortable knowing he was in good hands.”
It is always wonderful to see appreciation and support between our candidates, especially in settings that require empathy, patience, and real dedication.
Jessica is currently studying the SCRAM course at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and her previous experience as a lead coach at Rugby Tots has helped shape her confident, caring approach with children of all needs and abilities.
We are proud to have Jessica on our team – and proud of all our candidates who work with heart, skill, and the shared goal of championing every pupil.
Thank you to Jessica, Shannon, and all our amazing team for everything you do. You are the reason we can confidently say every pupil has a champion with PE Direct.
