‘Soon after completing my university degree, I got into contact with Rob at PE Direct and signed up with the agency to gain further experience of working in different school environments. The agency was really helpful in offering me paid roles in a variety of schools across Cardiff which included working as a cover supervisor, teaching assistant and PE cover supervisor. The agency helped me secure my first permanent job as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), by providing me with the initial opportunity to work with an Additional Learning Needs department (ALN) at St Cyres. Without PE Directs full support and guidance over the last year I would not have been able to progress further on my journey of becoming a PE teacher.’
