We are over the moon for Ieuan for being accepted onto the PE PGCE at Cardiff Met in September. Ieuan is going to become a PE teacher!!!!
Ieuan started working for PE Direct in 2017 after he graduated form Cardiff Met. He started as a PE Cover Supervisor where his subject knowledge was regarded as excellent when given a GCSE, PE class to teach. Ieuan was soon ‘snapped up’ to do long term cover as a Teaching Assistant at Cardiff West and worked with some of the most challenging students in the school. He thrived in this environment and his ability to form strong, lasting relationships was evident. Ieuan’s calm, caring approach is appreciated by the students and the staff in the department. Ieuan has been working for AL Direct this year and has been an invaluable part of the alternative learning team.
We will miss you and more importantly, so will the students. We wish you the very best on this exciting journey. It couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person. Da iawn!!!
